Truro Vineyards Wedding with Grazing Cape Cod
Cocktail Hour
Located in Truro Massachusetts is a little winery nestled on a hill. Truro Vineyards is a favorite amongst locals and visitors to Cape Cod. On a warm October evening we were asked to create a grazing table for a cocktail hour. This winery provided such a beautiful backdrop to our foodscape.
We designed and built this grazing table on top of an exposed wooden slab. The rustic feel of the wood accentuated the grazing tables’ natural fresh elements. We incorporated some height and dimension by using wooden pieces, ceramic pieces and fresh florals.
We featured some amazing cheese and cured meats on this table as well as some appitizer favorites. Locally sourcing from bakeries on Cape Cod we provided croissants, breads and crisps to serve as a vessel for the delicious soft cheeses and dips. Our signature, brie cake, is one of the many focal points of this grazing table. Decorated with fresh florals, honey comb and locally harvested honey, it is a delicious tier of soft brie cheeses.
