Step 1: OLIVES
Rinse the olives and drain well.In a large bowl, combine your olives, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well to ensure that all your ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 2: MARINATE
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Serve the marinated olives and feta cheese as an appetizer or side dish with grilled sourdough or crostini.

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
